Salut French Club!

Hope your final exams have gone well!
Now that the school year has finally ended, we would like to send a great big thank you to the entire club for making this year quite memorable! We’ve had dozens of successful events, and it was excellent to be able to meet and greet all of the members of this club.

We’d like to express our appreciation for the efforts of everyone involved, but now it’s time to bid a fond farewell. It was our pleasure to be able to serve you as the Executive team for 2011-2012. Together, we’ve shared many laughs and memorable experiences. A few of us will be back for next year, but many will not be returning for next year’s exec, namely:

Samantha Kearney, Abdalla Al-Kadhimi, Stephanie Regimbal, Meera Jayakumar, Sindu Srikugan, Sandra Rao, and our lovely Madame presidente Cassie Anton.

If you can, be sure to say goodbye and wish them the best on future endeavours!
Special thanks to Cassie Anton for all the work she has put into the club, and keeping this exec team in line!
And to congratulate Natasha Caminsky, who will be our new President for the upcoming year!

We hope you all had as much fun in the club as we did this year, and we genuinely hope to see you all again next year!

We’re excited to announce that this Tuesday, March 27th, we will be having our annual Wine and Cheese Social!
Meet with us at 6:00 pm at The Wave for an evening of good drinks, snacks, and company. The cost is $7, and you will be receiving two glasses of wine and a variety of snacks. Tickets are sold at Infosource in the UCC.

We’ll be playing games, and the new exec team for 2012/2013 will be announced!

Keep in mind that this is a wet/dry event so there will also be non-alcoholic punch provided, and be prepared to dress up a little, as the dress policy this time is a simple business casual!

The first session will be on Monday, March 12th in study room 245E
The second session will be on Tuesday, March 13th in study room 245A

Hello everyone!
We at the French club are excited to present our Crepe Night, which is taking place on Saturday, March 10th at 2:00-5:00pm.

It will be held in the Brescia Food Lab, and is priced at $3.00 per person.

We’ll be learning how to cook savoury and sweet crepes, and you’ll be able to eat your own creations! Vraiment délicieuse!
